CEO Biography
Mrs Nathalie ZOROME founded the Cabinet in 2003.
It intervenes both in France and abroad. Its main activities are business law, private international law and labor law.
Mrs. ZOROME had also been a law lecturer before joining the legal profession. For many years, she has taught law of contract and employment law in commercial schools mainly ESMA, ISEAM, ICD and SUP'DRH.
A graduate of the “Barreau de Paris” training school and of the Institute of judicial and legal studies at the Sorbonne university, a member of the "Lawyers for Victims" service, Mrs ZOROME has acquired a solid experience in litigation. She is highly invested in Africa and holds a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Comparative African Rights from the University of Paris I.
She utilizes her skills and experience of her knowledge of OHADA law to enable the cabinet’s clients to achieve their contractual and commercial objectives on the continent.
She is as well aware that ensuring effective legal protection requires above all the existence of a trust relationship between client and lawyer. It is as a result of that the three cornerstones of her Cabinet are as follow :
“listening, competence and reactivity”.
